Where is SITE located?
SITE is located at 1/15 Red Oaks Drive, Remarkables Park Town Centre, Frankton, Queenstown.
Is there a height or age limit?
There is no height, or minimum/maximum age limit. One of the best things about trampolining is that anyone can do it. We offer special programs like Mini Bouncers, that are aimed for kids under 5.
Is there a weight limit?
Following the trampoline manufacturer's safety standards, the weight limit to jump at SITE is 140kg.
Are socks required?
At SITE you can jump in socks or bare feet. Special jump socks are not required as our high performance trampolines do not have a slippery surface on them.
What do I wear?
We recommend comfortable clothing with some stretch, like gym or workout wear. Please don’t wear jeans with metal studs on them, as they can damage the equipment. You will also be asked to remove belts as buckles can get caught in the trampolines.
Is everyone required to have a completed/signed waiver?
When purchasing a ticket to use the trampoline area you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of the ticket. Anyone taking part in programs lessons or purchasing multi passes is required to fill out a waiver. For those under 18, a parent/guardian is required to complete the form. Family members under 18 may be included on the same waiver. A waiver only has to be filled out once, as it will stay in the system once it has been completed.
