Parkour & Freerun

Parkour is described, simply as the most efficient way of getting yourself from A to B. Freerunning is what gives the discipline flare. Our parkour lessons therefore include safety and technique elements before moving into Freerunning fundamentals. The SITE exclusive AirTrack mat gives you a perfect floor space for tumbling and flipping. With experienced coaches guiding you throughout the entire session, our students are sure to progress in a safe and fun environment.

  • Tricking
  • Efficient movement

Adult Programme - Tuesdays from 6:30pm to 7:30pm

Kids After School Programme - Tuesdays from 3:30pm to 6:30pm (hourly session)
